Choosing the Right Size
While this carrier is recommended for pets up to 15 pounds, your pet's length and height are more important than weight alone.
For the most accurate fit, measure your pet while comfortably lying down, as this is the position most pets naturally assume during travel. Please remember that the interior dimensions of any carrier are smaller than the exterior dimensions due to the padding and structural materials.
Before Your First Trip
Help your pet become familiar with the carrier before traveling. Allow them to explore, nap, and enjoy treats inside the carrier at home so they begin to associate it with comfort and security. A familiar carrier helps reduce stress whether you're heading to the airport, veterinarian, or your next adventure together.
